Return Policy

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be in the same condition they were received in: unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged with tags attached, receipt or proof of purchase and original packaging included.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. 

We cannot be held responsible for any returns that go missing in transit. 

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To return an item, contact us at info@evesdisclosure.com. Include the reason for your return or exchange and if the item is damaged, please provide details. 

Once the item is inspected and your return is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to return your order. Items returned without a return shipping label from Eve’s Disclosure will not be accepted.

Upon approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable. Moreover, any return delivery costs incurred by you when returning products are not refundable.
