Drink Sufficient Water

Keeping your body well-hydrated is one of the best things that you can do for your hoo-ha.

It is recommended by doctors to take 8-10 glasses every day to regulate the functioning of the body and is also extremely important to keep the vagina mushy and moist. According to Dr. Diana Hoppe, MD, “Adequate water intake will increase vagina lubrication, allows secretions to be released and proper pH balance of vaginal tissues.”

Lubrication of the vagina occurs naturally with arousal and sexual stimulation, mainly due to increased blood movement to the genital areas. You should be adequately lubricated during sexual intercourse to prevent any trauma and infection to the lining of the vagina.
